We do this through obstacle course preparation, unconventional training, and pre- and post-injury development. The Fusion Fit 21-Day Belly Burn Challenge uses functional training tools
kettlebells, sandbags, and TRX to help you move better, feel stronger, and last
longer.
Every workout is designed to improve endurance, mobility, and total body
strength, while weekly coaching calls help you stay consistent and confident. Add
in weekly weigh-ins, and you’ve got a plan that actually tracks progress.

The Fusion Fit 21-Day Belly Burn Challenge is more than workouts. Its structure, coaching, and accountability are all packed into 21 focused days.
Expect challenging sessions with kettlebells, sandbags, and TRX, weekly coaching calls to check in on mindset and progress, and weekly weigh-ins to keep you honest and motivated.
