The Village's St. Patrick's Day celebration was in full swing. The event was more than just festive; it was a chance to connect with Irish heritage. Green was the color of the day, with TVO's signature drinks, including green beer and grasshopper cocktail, prepared by Kees, our dining manager. The celebration featured live music by Rossi Ross, along with plenty of dancing. Slainte! 🍀🍻

Meet one of our FreshZest finalists!

“Apricot Salad” is one of those longtime family favorites that shows up again and again because everyone asks for it. Submitted by Faye Boyd, this recipe has clearly earned its place at the table through generations of family gatherings and shared meals.

Faye shared that this salad, or dessert, is always requested by her family and is now even being requested by her great-grandchildren for their own families. That kind of staying power says a lot. Sweet, nostalgic, and made to share, this is the kind of recipe that keeps family traditions going and connects one generation to the next through something familiar and loved!
