Trainer, I offer comprehensive training programs (incl: coaching, workout plans, and nutrition planning) for women & couples of all goals and needs in a 1:1 Private Studio Gym setting (and/or Zoom/Online). I am a professional trainer, motivator and true friend to all my clients! Sessions can be set up for 1x-5x/week for 3, 6, or 12 mo. Prices range from $55-75/hour & $30-50 for 30 min. sessions, depending on frequency of sessions and length of contract. In addition to my ongoing NASM Personal Trainer Certification, I hold additional NASM Specialization Certifications in Weight Loss, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Performance Enhancement :)
