Eight years after my mastectomy, there are still stretches. I have to do every day. My physical therapist explained to me that after a mastectomy, those chest wall muscles are constantly trying to contract and tighten. So even so far out from my mastectomy, I still have to work daily to keep those muscles stretched and keep my posture good.

What is a JP drain? After a mastectomy, and most other surgeries, you will have a post op drain(s) that you will have to care for. The main reason for my mastectomy tops, that have internal pockets to conceal and contain those drains!

Let’s talk mastectomy scars. This is a question. I could ask most commonly from my customers. What products did I use to minimize mastectomy scars after the healing process is done. I want you to share what you used, and if you liked it. Do you feel like it reduced your scars post mastectomy?

Hey everybody! I haven’t been on social media much in a while, and here’s the reason why! Haven’t been feeling all that great lately, found out my thyroid is not behaving itself. I’ve had this problem in the past, but it is getting worse. You can see in the picture how swollen my thyroid was 🫣 Found out I did need surgery, to remove my thyroid. Surgery went well and now I’m just home healing. Thank you everybody for following I promise I’ll have more interesting things to show and say from this point on!
