AZANA leadership and committee involvement is one of the most impactful ways to protect and advance the strong CRNA practice environment we value in Arizona. The Department of Education is trying to cap federal student loans for nurses at $100,000. This will devastate our pipeline and limit access to anesthesia care across the country.

We have until Dec. 9 to fight back. Senator Jeff Merkley is leading a bipartisan letter to reclassify nurses and CRNAs as professionals, but our legislators need to hear from us.
