Hi! I am so glad you are here! I help all ages with anxiety, DBT, CBT, depression, couples, ADHD, and so much more! I love to help people! I could go on and on!

I have always LOVED helping people and I believe everyone needs someone to talk to! I love working with families, kiddos, marriage and individuals for therapy with depression, anxiety, "issues", communication, coping skills and so much more! I LOVE therapy! My BA is in education so kid and teens are natural for me but I love providing individual, marriage and family therapy too. I became a certified trauma therapist in September 2017.

I will be out of the office 1/16 because it is Girl Scout Cookie Media day for my daughter! Watch her introduce the new cookie on TV! I will also be out 1/19 for cookie time with my kiddo as the season starts! I will have limited access to communication!

I recently read to be visually seen on social media I need more videos! Well this is going to take some learning because the videos these days are fancy! So I am going to start basic 😂!
I get asked often why I arrive at work so early- well if I am rushed in the mornings, how does the environment in my office feel? I like to get my office “ready” for the day! I turn all the things on, plan for who is coming and do administrative things for today. Then I take a bit to set myself up for the day too! Balance mentally and physically is so important every day!
Wednesdays are an early day before the sun….so enjoy my getting to the office video!

WOW! Our sunrise and sunsets have been so beautiful lately! If you do not pause and let it take your breathe away for a few moments you are truly missing out! Be mindful every day because every day we get a chance for brand new beginnings. At the end of the day we can reflect and be grateful! Do not take things for granted in life!
