What an incredible night to celebrate 10yrs!!! Thank you to everyone that was able to make it to help us celebrate and for taking the time to do so!
I am beyond thankful and blessed to have been a part of so many journeys together! We would not be who we are and where we are today with YOU! The trust you’ve instilled in us by referring your friends and family is such a HUGE compliment and has been the sole way we have grown… thank you!
You have laughed with us, cried with us, and shared beautiful life moments with us (and allowed us to share ours with you)!
Our Divine Family is more than a group of providers and patients. We are a community striving to lift each other up and support one another in addition to optimizing our health! That sets us apart and I love that we are collectively “those people”!
Mom (aka Nan), you’ve been there since the beginning, and our patients that are fortunate enough to know you, adore you! Thank you for continuing to work EVJC telehealth visits with me! You are my biggest cheerleader… I love you!

Joost, thank you for an incredible 21years of marriage, 2 wonderful children and 10 years of working together to grow our dream clinic! What started as a “shoestring budget” clinic has grown into owning our own building AND still focusing on what matters most; listening and building relationships with each person that walks through our doors. I am so proud of us! I love you to the end of the galaxy and back!
