will be educated about your disease so that all treatment decisions are made with clarity and with thorough understanding. This weekend we had the chance to celebrate an incredible group of scribes as they begin their next chapter.

Hosted at one of our provider’s homes, it was a special evening filled with great food, pickleball, and even better company. We are so grateful for the time, dedication, and care each of these individuals brought to our patients and our team.

As a small token of appreciation, Dr. Pandey presented certificates and stethoscopes to recognize their hard work and growth.

We are proud of everything they’ve accomplished and excited to see what’s ahead for each of them. Once part of our team, always part of our community.

Did you know 2 out of 3 people with Alzheimer’s are women?

Research suggests menopause may play a role, as changes in estrogen can affect brain health. The good news is that midlife is the best time to take action. Talk to your doctor, track any symptoms, stay active, prioritize sleep, and know your family history. Small steps now can make a meaningful difference later.

At this stage, people begin to lose independence in everyday activities as memory, thinking, and behavior become more impacted. Care shifts toward safety, symptom management, and strong caregiver support.
If you or a loved one are navigating this stage, you are not alone. Awareness is the first step toward better care and understanding.

Alzheimer’s doesn’t appear all at once – it usually develops over several stages.
This month we’ll walk through each stage:
• Preclinical Alzheimer’s (no obvious symptoms yet)
• Mild Cognitive Impairment (noticeable changes, but still independent)
• Mild–Moderate Alzheimer’s dementia (symptoms affect daily life)
Understanding the stages can help families recognize changes earlier and seek support sooner.

🌟 Exciting Staff Team Building Adventure at Top Golf! 🏌️‍♂️

Hey everyone! I'm thrilled to share the incredible experience we had at Top Golf during our recent staff team-building event. It was an absolute blast! 🎉 Let me take a moment to highlight the reasons why we chose Top Golf and why team-building activities are so important for our organization:

1️⃣ Fun and Engaging: Top Golf provided a unique and enjoyable environment for our team to come together outside of the office. We laughed, we cheered, and we had an absolute blast! It created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed us to connect on a personal level, fostering stronger bonds among our staff members.

2️⃣ Collaboration and Communication: As we navigated through the exciting challenges of Top Golf, we discovered the importance of effective communication and collaboration. Strategizing shots, coordinating team efforts, and cheering each other on required us to work together in new and exciting ways. These skills translate seamlessly into our work environment, enhancing our ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.

3️⃣ Healthy Competition: The friendly competition at Top Golf brought out the best in all of us. It ignited our competitive spirit and encouraged us to push our limits, all in good fun! Healthy competition fosters a drive for excellence and motivates us to continuously improve both individually and as a team.

4️⃣ Break from Routine: Stepping away from our everyday work routine and engaging in an enjoyable activity like Top Golf provided a refreshing change of pace. It allowed us to recharge, rejuvenate, and return to the office with renewed energy and enthusiasm. Breaking the monotony helps prevent burnout and keeps our team motivated and inspired.

5️⃣ Building Stronger Relationships: Building strong relationships among team members is crucial for a harmonious and productive work environment. By sharing laughter, memorable moments, and stories at Top Golf, we deepened our connections and got to know each other beyond our work responsibilities. These stronger relationships foster trust, open communication, and a positive work culture.

A big shout-out to our incredible staff for actively participating and making this event such a resounding success. We truly have an amazing team!

The experience brought us closer together, promoted collaboration and communication, and allowed us to unwind in a fun and engaging way. Team-building activities like this are invaluable, and we can't wait to plan more exciting events in the future!
