13 hours over two days, helping my client declutter to move. 4 trips to Goodwill with my car filled to the brim. A total of 25 garage bags donated. Not a bad weekend!

As a coach, I need a coach too. May has been mine for 2 years now, supporting and holding space for me as I navigate my self healing journey. I’m so grateful for her and look forward to many more of her coaching sessions and classes.

People ask me all the time what is it like to do a cold plunge. 🥶 After I give them the details, it is usually followed up with: Yikes, that (and you) sound bat s**t crazy!

Maybe, maybe not. Depends on your perspective.

I consider myself lucky to hold space for my clients and watch them experience the profound changes that occur when you conquer your fear, and do something very difficult.

This is a gentle reminder to do hard s**t people. You’ll be better for it.

Well, my littlest munchkin won! Holy smokes is she fast. It’s official, all three of my kids are now faster than me! 🥹🤩

At least I almost won! 🥇

It reminds me that I always want to be in the kind of shape where I can race my kids and age with strength.

When you have your health, you have everything. Get out there and move!

We did it! My Dad and I hiked passage 20 of the Arizona Trail. And it was hard as s**t. 20 miles, straight up hill…5400 feet elevation gain in 2 days. The reward - the top of Four Peaks. 😍 Totally worth it but oh man did it test our perseverance! I’m so grateful to share these outdoor experiences with my Pop. I don’t know many 74 year old humans that want to do these incredible adventures. So thankful to share these with you . Love you Dad. ♥️

How many of you do hard things?

Things that challenge you in ways that make you feel uncomfortable?

I challenge you to do something today that is hard. That makes you feel uncomfortable. Go to the gym when you’re tired. Hike the trail you’ve always wanted to try. Push yourself to be the best version of yourself everyday.

And remember that growth doesn’t come from your comfort zone.

My dad and I went hiking this weekend, and I watched my 74 year old dad run up the trail ahead of me. Together, we do hard s**t all the time. We’ve hiked the Grand Canyon together, Havasupai Falls and next month we’re backpacking 40 miles of the Arizona trail. (Through the Four Peaks mountain range, second picture)

How many of you have teenagers in the house?!

If you do, you will recognize this picture! My client and I tackled the room going through and decluttering under the bed, dressers and desks, closets and bookshelves. All under 4 hours!
