As we start the new year, Vitality's focus on health this month is assisting our patients in their weight loss goals. 💪🏻

Weight management is one of the most prominent health concerns we see in our patients and there are many contributing factors that seem to impact the body's inability to release weight, such as:
aging, hormonal changes, increased toxic load, poor diet choices, lack of sleep, lack of exercise and increased stress levels.

One of the most relevant factors impacting metabolism is glucose-insulin dysregulation.

The most successful therapy we are currently utilizing at Vitality are Naturally Compounded Semaglutide Injections - which has clinically shown to have better weight loss results with less side effects than conventional Semaglutide.
