I am THRILLED to be joining and on Thursday mornings, 9 am - sharing a teacher's choice yoga session.

What is teacher's choice? Each week the style will vary as we explore practices like restorative yoga, gentle yoga, slow flow, QiGong, meditation, psoas (stress/trauma) release and yoga Nidra. This is a time of self-care, healing and community. We would love to have you join us!

Today, as we honor this beautiful planet, let your yoga practice be a prayer of gratitude and stewardship.

☀️ Step outside.
🧘‍♀️ Flow slowly through Cat-Cow, lateral bends, and gentle twists.
🌿 With each breath, root down and remember—this earth is a sacred gift.

“The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.” – Genesis 2:15

We are called to care for creation, not only with our actions but with the energy we bring into the world. Mindful living, like mindful movement, starts with awareness and love.
