We are transitioning our AT&T phone lines to COTC phone lines today. This will include some intermittent downtime of our phones at the clinic. We appreciate your patience during this transition.
If you are a patient with access to the patient portal, please remember there’s always an option there within the portal to schedule your own appointment without calling the office. You can also use the portal to send us messages on any clinical questions you have for Dr. Crouch. Sometimes the response time on this method is even faster than asking your question through a phone call.
Also, if you do try to call in, you should be routed to our after hours phone system where you can leave a message. We will return your call as soon as our lines are back up.
Hopefully this transition to our local telephone partner (COTC) will be a vast improvement versus the often inconsistent service we have been getting elsewhere.
