RDP Emergency Services Institute is an organization charged with providing the community with training and consultation in emergency preparedness. Programs will be provided through planning, response, mitigation and recovery from local emergencies and or disasters, natural or human caused. We will provide the customer consultation measures in FEMA related emergency response planning, emergency med
ical response certification and business continuation planning. (Protecting the bottom line)
The most appropriate customer for this business venture will be all inclusive but will be coordinated into groups as opposed to individuals. Our categorization will include businesses, educational institutions and multi residential living units. (Sub-divisions and Apartment complexes) Training courses and consultations will be provided at the various business locations, libraries, community recreational centers and local schools. A permanent facility for the business is in the long term goals established for the organization. Funding and financial planning is an ongoing process and will be one of the top priorities for this organization in the upcoming year. We are already in business and have obtained a few customers that are bringing funding into our budget revenue. The Wells Fargo Corporation is our financial institution and will be our means of building business credit. We are looking to obtain credit cards and SBA loans for the planned growth and development of RDPESI. The executive team consists of a CEO, Financial Director and program instructors who will deliver services to the customer/student through professional industry standards of public safety and economical security. We are preparing Arizona as a ready.gov state. (FEMA, Washington DC)
