Offering In Home Counseling (telehealth) for New Moms During First 12 weeks Postpartum
As a new Mom we experience many transitions including a new relationship with our baby, ourselves, our partners, etc. We may temporarily lose our sense of freedom while we are physically recovering. Not to mention, a new eating and sleeping routine (temporarily non-existant).
Professional support during the first 12 weeks postpartum can be a protective factor against the experience of postpartum depression or other perinatal mood disorders, and that IF experienced, can greatly reduce the time of recovery.
