I help adults and athletes get back to what they love to do - without relying on pain medications or injections. My office is located within the awesome Crossfit Endless Summer in Chandler. I treat acute or chronic pain, the full range of orthopedic conditions, as well as vestibular conditions. Each treatment session is highly personalized to you, to help you get back to feeling your best. You will never be treated as just a number - you will always receive one on one care.

What a weekend!!
So very proud of these amazing young ladies for conquering not just one, but two open water swims this weekend! They swam Alcatraz and under the Golden Gate Bridge.

As many people are getting back into their workout routines or starting new ones, it's crucial to take time to warm up your muscles and joints to help prevent injuries.
Warming up gets the blood flowing and preps your muscles for your main
workout.

Here are a few simple moves to prep your upper back and shoulders, especially before an upper body workout. It's also great for improving posture and activating those shoulder muscles. Try a couple sets of 12-15 reps before your next workout and feel the difference!

I am so excited for this amazing patients progress!!

When she started PT, she had a history of chronic knee pain for many years. After working hard in her sessions and home program, she is now pain free!

She has been feeling so good that she decided to join my Wellness Program- so that she could continue to stay pain free, and address any flare ups that may come up along the way.

She is continuing to gain strength and flexibility so she can help prevent the pain from coming back - and continue to do the things she loves to do 💪

Thank you so much to for helping me with my wrist! I’ve had a cyst on my wrist for a couple of years, which was really causing pain and limiting my range of motion and ability to do certain exercises - I am so glad I got it checked out. Courtney and her team are amazing, they offer very personalized treatment and really take the time to listen to you. With a combo of shockwave treatment and an injection, I am already feeling better! Ladies…are you over 40 and experiencing a sudden onset of shoulder pain and stiffness.. for no apparent reason? This is known as frozen shoulder, and it’s more common than you may think!

So why is it so common especially in women 40+ ?
As we enter into our midlife or perimenopause stage, inflammation in our body increases, and one of the reasons for this is because of the loss of estrogen (estrogen is anti inflammatory). One of the manifestations of this can be in the shoulder joint and capsule. As it becomes inflamed, this can lead to stiffness, pain and decreased range of motion. It may be tough to reach behind your back, reach overhead, or even simple things like washing your hair. Sound familiar?

One of the best things you can do to help your frozen shoulder is to keep it moving. Physical therapy can be very beneficial in learning the proper exercises and receiving manual treatment to help the joint move and feel better.

Thank you so much to for the feature on my business! I’m so thankful for the opportunity to share my story and my why behind starting my practice. It’s been 7 years since I began this journey, and I feel so grateful to all of my patients that have put their trust in me to help them feel and move better❤️
