Trauma is one of those words that gets thrown around a lot these days—but here’s the truth: if you’ve lived through something overwhelming, painful, or deeply unsettling, and it’s still affecting how you think, feel, or relate to others, it’s worth paying attention to what we want to talk about on the blog today.

It's time to find ways to heal from trauma and reclaim your life. There are neurological ways your brain responds to things you might suppress and not address. Could this be something you are struggling with? Would addressing some of those events allow you to unlock your full potential?
