Four Pathways Mental Health

Four Pathways Mental Health Dedicated to empowering individuals achieve overall wellness. Beyond my clinical credentials, I have experienced many of the same issues that I treat.

If you are struggling with mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, addictions, or personality disorders, please don't hesitate to reach out! I’m Heather Bradley, PMHNP-BC, and I am deeply committed to providing the best integrative healing and compassionate care for my patients. Fifteen years ago, I started my healthcare journey as an administrative assistant in a private medical office. During this time, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. My experiences as a registered nurse deepened my understanding of bridging the gap between patients’ physical symptoms and their mental and emotional experiences. Motivated by a personal and professional desire to expand my knowledge and ability to help others, I pursued and earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, also graduating Summa Cum Laude. These experiences have gifted me with empathy and insight, allowing me to connect deeply with my patients and guide them on their path toward healing and growth. I also believe in the healing power of humor, as it has helped me get through life even in the darkest of times. As I like to say, “It’s not all in your head and you’re not crazy… well mostly.”

Understanding Anxiety Disorders: What Arizona Patients Should Know

Everyone worries sometimes—but if anxious thoughts are running the show, making it hard to sleep, concentrate, or even get through the day, you’re not alone. And here in Arizona, the unique mix of work stress, family life, and health concerns can magnify those symptoms. But here’s the good news: anxiety is highly treatable, especially when you take that first step and reach out for support.

ADHD in Adults vs. Kids: How Symptoms Change Over Time
