Please consider participating in this study:

Dear Potential Participant,

I am a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology PsyD program at Northern Arizona University. I am seeking your assistance and would like to invite you to participate in my doctoral Clinical Research Project study. I am conducting a research study that asks licensed clinical supervisors and supervisees about their experiences in clinical Supervision, to obtain information on specific behaviors and practices considered to be most important to address diversity in clinical Supervision. The research directly explores the relationship between training and preparatory experiences and practitioners’ ability to deliver, and experience culturally congruent clinical supervision. I am emailing to ask if you would like to take approximately 15 minutes of your time to complete two surveys made of a brief (1) Demographic Questionnaire and (2) the Multicultural Supervision Inventory.

By participating, you will have the opportunity to reflect and learn more about your supervisory experiences, and culturally sensitive supervisory behaviors, as well as the development of new shared understandings, connections, and insights that may be beneficial to you in your practice. Please note that participation is completely voluntary, and your answers will remain confidential. Participants will be entered into a draw to receive a gift card worth $50.00 each. Participants who wish to participate in the draw will be provided a link at the end of the survey so respondents can leave their contact details to receive the gift cards should they win. Please be assured that your contact details (email) will be kept separate from the data, and your email is only collected to provide you with a chance to receive a gift card. Ten participants will be drawn to receive a gift card worth $50.00 each.

Please find the Survey Monkey link below and complete the measures.

A) Link for Licensed Clinical Supervisors (clinical supervisors" defined as per the Arizona Board of Psychologists - licensed psychologists who have practiced for at least two years.)

How can practices identify when it's time to switch medical billing partners?

You trust your billing company with your revenue, patient satisfaction, and revenue flow. So, the relationship should feel like a partnership!

Here are 5 sure signs it's time to switch:

1. Your quality of service has dropped.
2. Denials are increasing, along with time needed to resubmit/appeal.
3. Collections are clustered together.
4. A/R balances are growing.
5. Patient volume has increased, but it's not reflected in revenue.

Don't settle for mediocre! If it's time to transition, contact Red House Medical Billing: https://lnkd.in/dtVV-DAV.
