This morning we had the privilege of celebrating International Women’s Day with an incredible community of women💕

Our partners at hosted a beautiful morning centered around movement, mindfulness, and connection, and we were honored to be part of it. Between the workout and the wellness moments, we set up our MDSkin Spritz Station, SPF Bar, and offered B12 shots so everyone could refresh, reset, boost immunity, and protect their skin after class.

There is something powerful about women coming together to support, uplift, and celebrate one another and mornings like this remind us how special that community truly is.
