Yoga Vita was born from a very personal struggle, where my physical health was compromised. Illness does strange things to people, I went through times of desperation frantic to find a solution. I was determined to get well. I sought out experts after expert in their field, but to no avail. Their efforts to heal me were futile. I prayed for divine intervention, "Please Give Me A Sign". Until one day, I stepped into my first yoga class, timid and frightened, I was broken. An hour later my very existence changed the clouds had parted, and my world suddenly expanded into wondrous possibilities.I had renewed hope. Healing was in my grasp, and through Yoga I slowly healed my body, and my spirit. Yoga Vita is not just a yoga studio, its a testament to my journey, and what I discovered there, and the desire to share my experience. My desire is to support others through theirs. Yoga will heal you, Its the only medicine you will need.
