We are looking for a bilingual medical receptionist that loves people.
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
-RELIABLE, come to work on time.
-Fast Learner
-Multitasker
-Detail-Oriented
-Able to Self Manage
-Works well with others
-Great customer service & communication
-Basic experience with computers and computer software
-Ability to think on your feet and deal with high volume requests

Answer phones, file charts, attend medical record requests, printing medical records, shredding information that is no longer needed, check in and check out patients to their appointments, schedule appointments, help other team members when needed.

This would be a Full Time Position. Monday to Friday, hours vary: Mon and Tues 8:45-5:00 pm, Wed and Thurs 8:45- 6:00 pm (Mon-Thursday lunch is taken from 12-1) and Friday 8:45-3:00 pm. Pay will be determined based on experience.
Bi-Weekly pay periods. Position will have a 90 day probationary period.

We have the Moderna vaccine in stock. Schedule your appt today.

Due to the President’s current vaccine mandate, healthcare workers are required to get the vaccine in order to continue working, also if you work in a place where they have more than 100 employees they are also required now. If any of these mandates apply to you, call us today to schedule your first dose. Pictures of those mandates are attached in the comments!

If you have received the first dose of the MODERNA vaccine you are able to get the second dose in our office so long as you bring your vaccination card with you!

Need someone that has medical office experience. Looking to hire ASAP! Pay is depending on experience (between $15-$16.50) Need someone that is motivated and efficient and that enjoys interacting with people. Interviews are via ZOOM and have alot of availability. Hours for job would be Mon and tues 9-5, wed and thurs 9-6 and friday 9-3, once established you will need to work one saturday a month from 9-1ish.

Have you felt sick but havent felt sick in 2 weeks and are curious if you had COVID? Our Dr can do a check up for you and order a covid antibody test for you! Get your blood drawn same day!

Kids starting school in person? Make sure your physicals are done prior to sending your kids to school to make sure they are ok to go back safely!

No insurance? No problem! We charge $85 for our self pay visits and have discount pricing available for blood tests as well.

***Covid-19 updates***

We would appreciate if everyone would bear with us as we navigate the covid crisis happening around us, policies will continuously change in order to provide better and more efficient ways to care for our patients. One day we may be doing things one way, find that it doesnt completely work and change it to another way the next. We are trying to keep everyone safe and healthy during this time. As of monday, June 22nd, we will also require face masks to be worn at all times. Please be aware of these new policies.

***CORONAVIRUS PRECAUTIONS*** As of now there have not been any confirmed of linked cases to our office. We are taking steps to keep the virus from spreading. We have sectioned off our waiting room to sick and well sides. We will also be taking temperatures outside before you go in to make sure you dont have a low grade fever.
