The LoveJoy Hormone Clinic Story
Less than 10 years ago, Jon and Joy Melby met via an amazing set of circumstances. Simply put, we both needed someone who could be a compliment to each other’s lives. To be a witness to each other in all that they did in life.
Joy Melby has a Masters Degree in Nursing and is a Registered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Joy has been a nurse since 1997 with a long list of extremely satisfied patients. She is the epitome of what a Nurse Practitioner should be. Highly educated, knowledgeable, experienced, and caring in what she does as an NP. Joy has been practicing Hormone Replacement Therapy (specifically Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy - BHRT) since 2012. Since then, she has become a recognized expert in the field of BHRT with thousands of patients and insertion experience. She stands firm to the practice of medicine with statistical and anecdotal proof regarding the care of her patients. The best thing about being a patient of Joy’s is that she actually cares. So much so that many patients have hugged her thanking her for caring and changing their lives.
Jon Melby is the business side of LoveJoy Hormone Clinic. Jon holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. He has managed multiple businesses since 1986, from Computer Integrations, programming, business solutions and his longest running business as a professional airshow pilot. Jon believes that the business should be run as simply as possible while providing continuous improvement for the patients. Making the experience of vising LoveJoy Hormone Clinic very easy. So the focus is on the patient and the medical services that we provide. Not the clumsy business portion that makes it difficult to obtain great medical care. Additionally, with Jon’s vast experience in Information Systems, he has built the business all using highly encrypted and cloud based platforms. What this means for our patients is that their patient and personal information is highly secured (256 bit encryption) on a very secure platform away from our clinic. This level of security helps ensure that our patients are placed in their personal information as well as the care our clinic provides.
On May 1, 2019, Joy and Jon opened their new LoveJoy Hormone Clinic in Chandler, Arizona. The quest is to help as many women and men that they can re-balance their hormones to radically improve their lives. Since the opening of the clinic, many people have come to the clinic and felt the peace, love, and Joy that our clinic represents. It’s medical care like you are visiting a home. Comfortable, relaxing, and able to fill our patients with knowledge so they know why they are feeling so good and their life is so much better.
