Good morning! For those of you who don’t know me, I’d like to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is Ashlea Lewis, and I am the proud new owner of Simply Serene Massage Therapy! I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2008, where I fell in love with massage, and have continued to practice and expand my skills ever since. I offer over 14 years of knowledge, and a variety of massage techniques tailored to your specific needs. I’m looking for an responsible LMT or esthetician that is interested in renting a beautiful massage suite 1 or 2 days a week, or every other Saturday/Sunday. I am the owner of Simply Serene Massage Therapy and am currently renting space in the Beauty Lounge Bar located at: 1655 W. Chandler Blvd. Ste 1 Chandler, AZ 85224. The Beauty Lounge Bar boasts a modern, industrial and beautiful esthetic, a coffee bar for guests to enjoy, comfortable and spacious lounge areas and onsite laundry for tenants.

My suite is already setup and decorated for my business, so an interested party would just bring their own clientele and hit the ground running. I would allow you to use my sheets, face cradle covers, towel warmer and towels for your business as long as they are laundered and put away at the end of your day. I would expect the space to be cleaned and ready for myself or my employee to come in and start our shift.

The Beauty Lounge Bar has many other professionals in the building that offer other services that compliment massage and I encourage support of other small businesses. It is a great place to find community and the owners are absolutely accommodating and wonderful.

Must have liability insurance and provide insurance certificate. There will be a $50 key and key fob fee due upon singing of rental contract. Contractual terms through November 1st 2021 and amount will be discussed once terms are discussed.
