As a Care Team Coordinator you will be scheduled at 40 hours per week, as per our fulltime policy. In addition, on call rotation is mandatory for our fulltime employees. Currently, the rotation would be on a week to week basis. Call pay is paid at a rate of $100 per week.

Continuing education is a vital part of patient care. We are willing to assist in educational opportunities such as workshops and conferences annually. Reimbursement will be made on a case by case basis and must be pre-approved by the administrator. Scrubs are available upon request after 60 days of employment, with a maximum of 5 sets paid for by the company for the first year of employment.

A recap of responsibilities are as follows:

Doctors Alliance preparation

Clinical phone calls

Relaying results of labs and imaging per provider interpretation

Executing referrals and following up

Scheduling appointments

Reviewing tasks and clinical documents

Preparing refill requests for review by providers.

Taking call on scheduled week at the rate of $100 per call week
