Celebrating Native American Heritage Month by planting alongside Life Time Foundation and our Detroit community. 🌿    Once an Indigenous gathering place, this land is restored with native species in the new Kintsugi Village Forest, which honors tradition and plants hope for generations.    “This project is a beautiful way for Life Time Team Members as well as Life Time Foundation to honor Indigenous wisdom, and it’s a living tribute to that heritage.” Moments like this remind us what’s possible when a team and a community come together to care for the planet. 💚    Beyond Native American Heritage Month, we respectfully acknowledge that the lands our corporate office and clubs occupy are the ancestral homes of Indigenous tribes and communities across North America.

Meet Tennis Pro, Brandt from Life Time Rancho San Clemente — he’s been in love with the game since he first picked up a racquet at 3 years old and has been coaching professionally for over 20 years.

Brandt teaches players of all ages and skill levels, helping them experience that “wow” moment when it all clicks. Tennis is a lifelong sport and an exciting career journey — full of variety, adventure and chances to grow every week.
