We had an absolute blast at our Super Bowl Party! The menu featured wings, cheese curds, chili, chips with queso, brownies, and of course the customary tailgating beverages. Residents enjoyed games, scratch-off tickets, and lots of laughs while cheering on their favorite teams.

MVP of the day goes to our Culinary Department! Thank you for creating a delicious Super Bowl menu and helping make this event so much fun for everyone!

Our New Year’s Eve party was truly spectacular! Residents enjoyed a wonderful afternoon filled with music, laughter, and fun games. We were treated to delicious appetizers prepared by our fantastic culinary team, which made the celebration even more special.

As we reflect on all the fun moments of 2025, we are incredibly thankful and excited to welcome 2026 and all the new experiences, and memories it will bring!

Our Annual Resident Holiday Party was a smash! Thanks to our fantastic culinary team, we were treated to a delightful smorgasbord of options to enjoy. Our signature drink, Bailey’s with hot chocolate, added the perfect festive touch. We were also treated to the incredible music of The Floras — their outstanding performance truly made our party special!

We were so lucky to have the Eden Prairie High School Choir perform for us at Riley Crossing! Not only are these students incredibly talented, but they were also such a delight to visit and chat with. Thank you, Eden Prairie High School, for sharing your beautiful voices and brightening our day!

Our pre-Thanksgiving social may have been small, but it was mighty! Listen closely in the video and you’ll hear the sweetest voices singing along. We laughed, we sang, we ate-and we loved every minute of it. So grateful for our amazing Riley Crossing residents!

A huge shout-out to the Shakopee American Legion for hosting our veterans for a complimentary meal! Our veterans were so grateful to be honored in such a thoughtful and meaningful way.

Yesterday’s Veterans Day party was one for the books!
We had a special surprise from the Ducklings class — they worked so hard to learn and recite the Pledge of Allegiance for our veterans! Afterwards, many of our veterans shared stories and memories from their time in service. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with food, drinks, and great company as we celebrated and honored those who served. Riley Crossing Child Care

The childcare kids were absolutely adorable dressed up and trick-or-treating at their Grandfriends’ homes! The Grandfriends spoiled the little ones with plenty of treats, smiles, and laughter. So much fun was had by all! Riley Crossing Child Care
