Today marks the beginning of Spring for us Northerners and the Autumnal Equinox in the Southern Hemisphere! Wherever you are located on this planet, any Equinox and Solstice, Earth’s leylines start to tune to the frequency of balance and harmony across the globe! This is fascinating to me.

Happy Pisces Season!

I’m a bit late with this one but nonetheless, this is one of my favorite meditations that I’ve created so far! Maybe you will, maybe you won’t feel the same way and that’s ok. Each meditation is a unique and special experience for everyone to journey through.

Full Moon Blessings 🌝

Are you feeling this full moon yet? The way that I’ve been experiencing it, is receiving constant divine nudges to take care of myself. As I’m sure you can relate, I have a tendency to put others needs, including work, before my own health and well-being. Often leading to burnout. I’m aware it’s all my fault and I have the power to shift this! 🫢😵‍💫

As we are also in Pisces season, a shadow aspect is martyism. So for me, this full moon has illuminated this aspect within me like a neon light!

I’ve listened to the divine nudges and have made some changes within my day to day schedule that honors myself first before I dive into helping others through my work and in life and I feel so full now in just a simple shift with honoring myself in the morning and others in the afternoon/ evening.

I realized that I had been communicating to the Universe that I am ok with being served last. That I am ok with putting myself at the bottom of the list. That I am ok with not taking care of my overall mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. The Universe was answering back with exactly that. Is this relatable? Anyone else feeling these feels?

Naia Moon and I were just out walking and a walking friend asked me why I haven’t gotten remarried or better put, “How are you not married?”. I thought to myself what a loaded question! How do I even answer this without identifying and speaking of every layer to the onion? It’s an impossible answer.

As a Projector in Human Design, part of my soul’s blueprint is to wait for an invitation. I took this as an invitation to offer all of you this powerful and intentional love visualization and affirmation meditation from my Mooniverse Meditation library.

For me, it’s very difficult to talk about myself and to be so vulnerable. However, what kind of Changemaker would I be if I encourage all of you to go into the discomfort to find growth and a higher version of yourself?

I often am so immersed in the work that I do that I forget to talk about all of my offerings! Most of you know me through my lunar guided meditations but those have been an evolution of my work. My first passion is and always has been psychic development. I love teaching others how to trust their inner guidance system first for their own benefit and then for many, to utilize their own psychic development professionally.

I also took a year off of Psychic readings and healings and honestly, I didn’t know if I would go back to them. What I discovered is that I truly missed the one on one connection that client work offers. Plus it feels so awesome to help others find clarity, motivation and inspiration within their lives. Wishing everyone the greatest release to receive under this playful, loving and personal power full moon! Be kind and gentle with yourself today, as self love is the greatest love of all! If you can, allow yourself to simply be in the moment today and center into your heart and just observe.

A gentle reminder that we live in duality so the opposite may arise as well. The strong theme of feeling safe to shine may provoke experiences of where we feel unsafe so we may step into our personal power to realize that we are in full control of our lives and no one or no thing has the power to play with our safety and security unless we hand it over, consciously or subconsciously.
