The amazing educator doing her thing teaching a 5 couples at for our Comprehensive Childbirth education class. This class is full of information on labor, coping techniques, positions, and common interventions, how to evaluate them and avoid them if they aren't needed for your birth. We also have monthly Infant Care and Breastfeeding classes as well as Spinning Babies classes hosted at this fantastic location.
