Whether we’re talking about the physical heart, the emotional heart, or the spiritual heart, a heart-centered life always comes back to love — how we care, connect, nourish and show up.

Joy. Happiness. Bliss.
Are they the same — or do different moments and experiences shape how we feel each one?

Happiness often comes from what’s happening around us.
Joy tends to rise from what’s alive within us.
Bliss can arrive when we’re so present that time softens and the mind grows quiet.

Maybe the distinction isn’t the word itself — but the experience or scenario that invites it in.
