With Mother’s Day this weekend, I’ve been thinking about how much women hold …

For their families
For their work
For everyone around them

And how rarely they are given space to simply receive.

The women’s circle on May 16 is a space for exactly that.

A place to pause
to reconnect
to be supported

This can be something you gift yourself …
or a meaningful gift for another woman in your life.

It’s often not about doing more.

It’s about what’s missing:

space to pause
space to be heard
space to not have to perform
space to simply be

May is Mental Health Awareness Month …

And one of the most overlooked pieces of mental well-being is something very simple: connection.

Research continues to show that meaningful connection plays a vital role in how we regulate stress, process emotions and move through life.

And yet, so many women are navigating full lives — personally, professionally, emotionally — without a space to truly exhale.

We’ve normalized doing life on our own.
But we’re not meant to.

This is something I see every day in the work I do …
and it’s exactly why I began holding space for women to gather in a more intentional way. 💫

Today is World Health Day – a beautiful reminder that your health is your foundation … not just physically, but mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s the small, intentional choices you make every day:

• Move your body in a way that feels good
• Nourish yourself with real, vibrant foods
• Step outside and breathe fresh air
• Create moments of stillness and quiet
• Protect your energy and your peace
• Stay connected – to yourself and to others

Your well-being isn’t something to “get to” someday – it’s something you practice, gently, right now.

Your lymphatic system is your body’s built-in detox system – clearing out waste, toxins and what your body no longer needs.

But unlike your heart, it doesn’t have a pump … it relies on your movement, breath and daily habits to flow.

After a night of stillness, it can get sluggish – showing up as puffiness, stiffness or low energy.

Support it in just a few minutes each morning:
✨ Gentle lymph massage
✨ Dry brushing
✨ Deep belly breaths
✨ Light movement
✨ Hot/cold rinse
✨ Warm water (add some lemon & salt!)

When your lymph flows – you flow:
Less puffiness, more energy, clearer skin, better mood.
