When your nervous system is supported, your body can rest, repair, and respond with resilience.

In reality, burnout — especially for empathic, high-capacity leaders — is frequently a nervous system issue.

When someone is constantly tracking others’ needs, emotions, and expectations, their system stays in a heightened state of vigilance. Over time, this quietly drains capacity — even when performance still looks “fine” on the outside.

Sustainable leadership and wellbeing don’t come from pushing harder.
They come from learning how to regulate, restore, and lead from coherence rather than urgency.
