With dry winter air upon us, staying hydrated is more important than ever! 💧

This fruit-infused water was a hit at our center, and we love finding fun and flavorful ways to encourage hydration.

Some of our favorite ways to stay hydrated include:
• Infused Water: Add fruits like berries or citrus for a refreshing flavor boost
• Herbal Tea: Warm, comforting, and hydrating with plenty of flavors to enjoy
• Sparkling Water: A bubbly alternative to plain water
• Water-Rich Snacks: Enjoy foods like watermelon, cucumbers, or oranges

Born and raised right here in Chanute and a proud CHS alum, Quinton brings 6 years of experience in skilled nursing as a PTA, RD, and AIT. A former NC State University football player and team captain, he knows the value of teamwork, leadership, and perseverance.

With a passion for restoring quality of life and keeping residents’ well-being at the forefront of every decision, Quinton is dedicated to leading our team to exceptional performance and compassionate care. Join us in giving Quinton a warm Chanute welcome!
