Well established Behavioral Health Agency in Chapel Hill is looking for committed Habilitation Technicians (Hab. Techs.) in Siler City, Pittsboro, Bear Creek and Durham for Immediate Hire.

We are interested in Hab. Techs. who are committed to providing reliable, compassionate and skilled care to our clients. This includes performing activities with assigned client to address goals and objectives on the client's plan of care, completing documentation of the client's progress, communicating with the client, guardians and the agency, supporting the client within the community (as needed to fulfill services), ensuring the safety and well-being of the client, as well as assistance in maintaining daily hygiene (bathing, hair and nail care, personal hygiene and assistance with laundry) as well as other services depending on the patient’s needs. A comprehensive orientation is required for this position.
Job Requirements: Reliable transportation and stable means of communication (land line or cellular phone), at least 2 years experience working in field or a passion for helping others, Clean driving record, Valid NC Driver’s License, Social Security Card, Car Insurance. *** All applicants must be able to pass an SBI background check. **
