Kundalini yoga on Wednesdays 6:00-7:30pm on zoom and in person, Gongiestas ( afternoon gong sound bath) every 3d Saturday 3:00-4:30pm and individual sessions whenever you want. So happy to share sound of gongs with more B3 members. In a confusing and overwhelming world staying together, helping each other and sharing practice that does not require much just relaxing with cosmic sound of gong brings calm, profound peace on deep level. Looking forward to play gongs for B3 on regular basis at B3 club. I am happy they like it.

Gongs for Autism at G’s House of Yoga

If you or someone in your family would like to participate please let me know. This is for autistic people diagnosed or self diagnosed. Come experience the calming and effective sound of gongs, relax and observe how it affects you. Especially for people who have hard time expressing themselves or communicating to therapists. No words, no talks just come and experience the sound on deep level. First session is free, to assess your response to the sound of gongs. This will be donations based, but need to be regular practice. Let peace and harmony prevail.
