Here’s an exciting update of a patient we previously posted early in her recovery who just celebrated her 50th birthday 🎉 and is now 2 years out from a deep plane face and necklift.

Wow 👀

What a stunning transformation for one of the most genuine and free spirited patients I’ve ever met! And though she’s never lacked in confidence at age 25, she was born with a chin and neck that she never really felt matched the rest of her face.

This month we would like to highlight Katie Knowles and celebrate her recent promotion to Clinical Team Leader here at Finn Plastic Surgery!

Katie has more than 15 years of experience in clinical nursing and leadership and has spent the last 5 years as a valued member of our team, making her our most seasoned nurse!
She is also the engine that makes the FINN Foundation mission trips to Guatemala City each year run, serving as the nursing lead and head organizer for each trip.

Whether it is starting IVs, assisting with surgery, reassuring a patient over the phone, or chasing a physician down to make sure their passport isn’t expired, Katie truly does it all.

She says her favorite part of nursing is building trust with patients and helping them feel comfortable and supported every step of their journey. Her bright smile, inquisitive mind, and infectiously positive attitude make her a patient and staff favorite.

Outside of work, Katie stays busy with her husband cheering on her two boys in sports, hiking, and exploring new places as a family. She loves her pets and hobbies of sewing, baking, crafting, and home building projects.
