It's that time of year again! Come join OCRCC on the morning of July 4th! We are in need of volunteers on behalf of OCRCC to be course monitors/cheerleaders/drink station attendants/etc at the Four on the Fourth race hosted by the Cardinal Track Club on Saturday, July 4, at 7:30 am in Carrboro.

Coming Home to Your Body: A Journey Through Safety, Intimacy, and Pleasure

A 3-part workshop series on Safety, Intimacy, and Pleasure.
For many survivors, the body can feel like an unfamiliar or guarded place. This virtual series offers a gentle roadmap for returning to yourself. Over three sessions, we will explore:

Establishing Safety: Rooting yourself in the present moment.
Navigating Intimacy: Setting boundaries and building trust.
Reclaiming Pleasure: Rediscovering joy and bodily autonomy on your own terms.

We are committed to creating a trauma-informed environment that honors all gender identities, expressions, and sexual orientations. Whether you are cisgender, transgender, non-binary, or gender-expansive, and regardless of who you love, you are welcome here.

An intimate space for women to process their experiences through the transformative power of sound. This creative group will utilize music-based interventions to help women explore emotion, reduce anxiety, and build connection.

No musical background is required. Just an open heart and a desire to find your voice in a supportive community.

We are in need of 4-5 Volunteers to come out to our Hillsborough Site this Friday (5/15) from 3p - 6p for a Clean-Up Party to help us get the space ready.

If you’re available to lend a few hours, we’d be so grateful. Some of the things we need help with are:

Weeding & watering of garden(s)
Swing installation
Climbing gym setup

We’ll provide instructions, music, water, and snacks to keep things fun and easy.
