Yesterday afternoon, the campus lost power — just hours before dinner service.

Within 40 minutes, our kitchen team prepared nearly 150 boxed sandwiches and salads to ensure our Members were taken care of.

When power was restored at 4:45 PM, Chef and his team didn’t miss a beat, opening the dining room for full dinner service.

The prepared boxed meals were donated to TROSA, who picked them up for distribution in the community.

We’re grateful for a team that responds with care, creativity, and heart.
