*New Group Alert* Travis has been eager to get an Insomnia Treatment Group running ever since joining BCAOTC. It’s happening this fall! If you have insomnia or if you just struggle with sleep, this group might be for you! The group will use strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), an evidence-based treatment for insomnia to help participate develop healthier habits and change their relationship to sleep.
