I loved Halloween SO MUCH as a kid. I would be the last kid out there ringing doorbells where the lights were turned out. These days it’s all over by 8 pm! The kids who came over finished and I was like ‘keep going!’ They said ‘I have enough.’ Whaaa? Enough free candy??? No such thing. Hahaha Happy Halloween!

5 ways to effectively boost your metabolism.

4 prioritize getting a good night’s sleep.

5 Walk for 10+ minutes after meals.
