Menopausal joint pain is real...and movement can help 💚

Declining estrogen affects muscles, joints, tendons, and connective tissue 🫤

The good news? Movement is one of the best tools we have to support our menopausal bodies 💪

Joint and muscle-friendly movement should be:
✨ supportive
✨ sustainable
✨ adaptable

Think:
• strength without debilitating soreness
• hip + spine mobility
• posture strengthening
• recovery-focused movement

Joint & muscle-friendly movement should NOT :
• increase pain
• make you stiffer
• be miserable 😞

Your body does not need punishment. It needs support 🩵

Want support navigating menopause with more strength and less stiffness?

If you’re a woman in your 40s or 50s and you’ve ever thought,
“Is this helping me… or hurting me?” while working out—this is for you.

Because no one teaches women how strength training should actually feel in midlife.

So you’re left guessing:
Should I push through this?
Or is this how injuries happen?
And that uncertainty?
It’s exactly what keeps so many women from getting stronger.

But strength in midlife isn’t about pushing harder.

It’s about understanding your body—and having a plan that supports it.
That’s exactly what I teach inside my SMART Strength membership for women—
and you can get started with a free live class.

📅 Monday, May 18
⏰ 6–7 PM
💻 100% virtual (join from home)

Inside, you’ll learn:
• How to tell the difference between muscles working vs warning signs
• How to adjust workouts without quitting
• How to build strength without flaring up your knees, hips, or shoulders
•How to safely protect your bones with strength training
•How to recover from workouts, so soreness doesn’t slow you down
So you can stop second-guessing…
and start feeling strong, capable, and confident again.

→ Save your spot at the link in bio
Or DM me “SMART” and I’ll send you the details.

She was 54 and had just been told she had osteopenia.

Her doctor said ‘you should be lifting weights twice a week.’

No guidance on how to safely and effectively strength train, though 🫤

She left that appointment knowing what she should do… but not how to actually do it.

And that gap? That’s where frustration, fear, and inaction live.

Be honest: has anyone ever given you a clear action plan after telling you had osteopenia or osteoporosis?

She told me: 'I've accepted that being in pain is just a part of midlife.'

I didn't accept that. And neither should she.

Pain is not a rite of passage.
It’s a signal.
And it deserves to be heard—not ignored.

What has your body been trying to tell you lately?
