✨ Ready to begin, or begin again?
This fall Sommer is offering an in person Yoga Basics Series, a 5-week journey designed for beginners, continuing beginners, or anyone who wishes to move mindfully and explore the foundations of yoga. Think of this series as a yoga lab: a steady, supportive space to explore movement, breath, myth and mindfulness step by step.
Wednesdays, Oct 1 – Nov 5
6:00–7:30pm (no class Oct 15)
Chapel Hill, NC
$125 for the full series (drop-ins $30 if space allows)
In these five weeks, we’ll move slowly and mindfully, learning alignment basics, breath awareness, and simple meditation practices that help you meet daily life with steadiness and clarity. You’ll leave not just with “poses,” but with tools for real-world resilience, confidence, calm, and a stronger connection to yourself.
If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to try yoga but don’t know where to start,” or you’re craving a reset in community, this is for you. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and let’s begin together.
