What makes our physical therapy services different?

✓ We are a small team with no assistants, aides, or interns. You won’t be handed off between therapists, and you’ll receive undivided attention and full focus from your therapist.

✓ We don’t bill insurance because we don’t want to let it dictate your care. This means you are free from insurance paperwork, delayed pre-authorizations, denied claims, and arbitrary treatment plan restrictions.

✓ Physical therapy is a direct access service, meaning you can receive an initial evaluation and treatment without physician’s referral. Studies show that this leads to improved outcomes, increased patient satisfaction, lowered healthcare costs, and faster treatment.

A 3-times-weekly group training program designed to improve strength, conditioning, and mobility for combat athletes, or anyone looking to train like one. Offered in person on the mats at .

Class Schedule
Monday (6:45–7:15 PM): Strength & Conditioning
Wednesday (6:45–7:15 PM): Mobility & Recovery
Friday (6:00–6:30 PM): Athletic Development

This program builds strength, endurance, resilience, mobility, and overall athleticism. Whether you’re stepping into the ring, rolling on the mats, or just seeking a structured, high-intensity training approach, these classes are for you. Our members come from a variety of backgrounds and fitness levels—no experience required. You’ll train in a safe, judgment-free environment where our expert coaches can tailor sessions to your needs.
