This is a post I’m not ready to make 💔 My mother NadineLynch passed away suddenly and unexpectedly Sunday. We are so sad and will miss her for the rest of our lives. We are grateful to be together with our family as we navigate these chaotic days of settling affairs. We are sharing stories, tears, laughter and hugs. Please hold us in your thoughts and prayers.

The holiday season is full of joy, but it can also bring stress that can make it feel overwhelming. I’m Laura, a massage therapist here in Chapel Hill, and I’ve created a cozy home studio where you can unplug, breathe, and restore 🍃

💆‍♀️ I specialize in gentle, restorative massage using a variety of techniques including craniosacral and lymphatic therapy. Sessions are designed to ease pain, support healing, and help you feel renewed!

🌲 This time of year, it’s easy to put yourself last. But self care is one of the best gifts you can give yourself (and those you love). When you are balanced and cared for, pain is reduced and you feel so relaxed.

📅 My studio is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 12–6 PM.
