Today we are going to highlight "The Life's Essential 8" framework developed by the American Heart Association to improve cardiovascular health. It includes the following eight key measures:

💜Eat Better: Focus on whole foods, fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats.
💜Be Active: Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week.
💜Avoid To***co: Quit smoking and avoid secondhand smoke.
💜Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep.
💜Maintain a Healthy Weight: Keep body mass index (BMI) within a healthy range.
💜Manage Blood Cholesterol: Keep blood lipid levels in check.
💜Control Blood Sugar: Manage blood glucose levels effectively.
💜Monitor Blood Pressure: Keep blood pressure within a healthy range.
