After birth, babies spend a lot of time in the same few positions—whether sleeping, feeding, or being carried. Over time, this can lead to tension or imbalances in their tiny bodies. Here are a few common post-birth positions that may signal a need for gentle chiropractic care:

🛏️ Always lying with head turned one way – May indicate tight neck muscles (torticollis)
🛋️ Favoring one side while being held or fed – Could be a sign of spinal or cranial misalignment
🪟 Flat spot developing on one side of the head – Often linked to positional preferences
🤱 Arching during feeding or discomfort when laying flat – May reflect tension in the spine or nervous system
🌀Colic in a newborn can be reduced or even completely eliminated when getting chiropractic care!

My name is Aleisha Taylor. I am a mother, wifey, daughter, sister, chiropractor, lover of Jesus, adventure seeker, lover of life, and wanna-be world changer.

My journey started back in high school when I knew that I wanted to pursue a career that would allow me to live a healthy life, while teaching others the same. I explored various health-related careers and after many internal debates and much research, I landed on chiropractic.

I moved from a small town in Michigan to Atlanta, GA to attend chiropractic school. Scary...yes! Worth it...absolutely!

I loved being able to witness amazing testimonies of chiropractic; from avoiding surgery to relieving “life-long” pain, coming off of medications, helping pregnant mommas and babies, helping the weekend warrior and even the elderly. I loved the lifestyle that encompassed chiropractic-healthy eating, exercise, positive mindset and living life to the fullest. This is what I wanted for myself and I wanted to be able to share it with others.
