To respect both my time and the time of other clients, I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Starting January 1st Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

I understand that emergencies happen, and I’m always willing to review situations on a case-by-case basis—but consistent late cancellations or no-shows may limit future booking privileges.
