If you do lots of repetitive activity, your thumb-sided wrist pain could be a result of tendon inflammation. From athletes to every day work, overuse or repetitive injuries can really slow you down.
🔑 Early: Reduce irritation/calm pain by activity modification and active rest. A basic thumb spica wrap or brace can keep the thumb calm.
🔑 Then: Regain range of motion and strength once pain is under control.
