I don’t answer the phone if I don’t recognize the number. Please text me first and let me know that you want information on the school. Once I know that, I will answer the phone if you call. I rarely if seldom check my voicemail. That’s what leaving a cell phone text message is for; IMHO. I often forget that e-mails can be received, not just sent by me. I’m horrible at checking my email and Facebook messenger. I do answer text on my phone very well. Texting 210-323-5821 is the easiest way to get a hold of me! While I am forgetful, I do keep appointments! Making an appointment with me guarantees that I will drop what I am doing and make time to interact with the human client. The dogs will always be trained and be given over the top care and attention: no appointment needed for them. Humans, well I’m a dog person. I spend the majority of my time working with the dogs. I tend to forget that without the humans, there would be no dogs to train. If you book an appointment on my page, it’s not a confirmed appointment until I confirm it with you via text/ messenger. I don’t always see the appointment notification. My confirming the appointment with you eliminates any misunderstanding and your time being wasted. If you are patient with me, I promise you, the best working partner or family pet that you have ever had the pleasure of knowing/ working with.
