Boost Mode is partnering with the Love Foundation & accepting donations to help build Easter baskets for children in need in Geauga County & Lake County.

We are collecting: Easter baskets, Basket fillers (candy, small toys, stickers, etc.), Any common Easter basket goodies..

Donations can be dropped off right here at 102 Water St. during business hours..

We are in the process of upgrading our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and website!

Here are a few tips:
- the first time to log in to schedule an appointment you need to choose “new”

- payment methods meed to be added to the new system nefore we can place orders for you

- go to www.boostmodespa.com to “schedule appointment”. Set up your account by scheduling an appointment

- you may have received an “invite” to Prospyr. That is the name of our EMR.

- please complete all online forms!

- our website is being worked on behind the scene! It will be more user friendly!

I am very excited to be able to provide these services to you. But, there is a learning curve. Please be patient.

Say hi to Melissa Mastroianni, RN & Nurse Health Coach 👋 Melissa has been a Registered Nurse for over 24 years, with a current emphasis on integrative medicine, wellness nursing with a holistic approach.✨ She has since became our Nurse Health Coach, dedicating her knowledge to helping you reach your wellness goals through health education! She also is certified in Indian Head Therapy, a gentle, relaxing massage, & aromatherapy 💆‍♀️. In addition to health coaching, she can hook you up for an IV and/or inject you! 💉 When she’s not working, you can find her shopping, lifting weights, practicing yoga, reading, or hanging with her husband, two kids, & 2 furry friends her GSP & Brittany!🐶 🐶
