For two decades, Family Pride has been dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and families throughout northeast Ohio.

Join us for a special evening of celebration as we mark 20 years of care, connection, and community, and the opening of our new Chardon office built to serve our community even better.

Employee Spotlight: Morgan Gladding, LSW�.

This month we’re celebrating Morgan Gladding, who has been part of the Family Pride family for 9 years!

Morgan recently stepped into a new role as an Intensive Home-Based Therapist, where she’ll spend more time supporting clients and their families each week.

"I feel so rewarded in my work and can’t imagine doing anything else," she says. "Family Pride has such a great mission, and the staff really cares about what they do — they feel like family."

When she’s not helping clients, Morgan loves to travel, watch documentaries, walk her husky, and spend time with loved ones.

We are so grateful for Morgan’s compassion, expertise, and nearly a decade of dedication to our community.

A huge thank you to the Burton-Middlefield Rotary Club for selecting Family Pride as the recipient of its 2025 Match Grant Program!

With their support, we created mobile therapeutic resource kits for our clinicians and assembled over 50 wellness and support packages for seniors across Geauga County.

This partnership shows what’s possible when local organizations come together to make mental health care more accessible for all ages.
We are deeply grateful for this collaboration and for the Rotary’s commitment to building a healthier, more connected community.
