Friday Night at the Chardon Memorial Field, Ann and Lori where there to spread the word about kindness, bucket filling and relationship building with the community. This is done every September to mark Su***de Prevention Month.

Today is National 988 Day! As one of Ohio’s nineteen 988 call centers, Ravenwood Health is proud to celebrate this important day with our community.

To honor it, we'll be hosting a Chalk the Walk for 988 event at our agency. We invite you to join us in creating messages of hope and support for mental health and the 988 Lifeline. Simply grab some sidewalk chalk, write your message with the hashtags #988 or , and take a picture to share on social media. Be sure to tag Ravenwood Health and OhioMHAS in your post to help spread awareness.

Whether you're participating at one of our Ravenwood locations or chalking at your location/home, we encourage everyone to take part in this meaningful display of solidarity.

Together, we can continue to spread hope, reduce stigma, and encourage others to reach out for help when they need it most.

June is Men’s Health Month, which encourages men to take charge of their health.



31 percent of men suffer depression in their lifetime, and 9 percent of men have daily feelings of depression or anxiety. But only 1/4 talk to a mental health professional, and only 1/3 take medication.



Pay attention to signs of depression and don’t be afraid to seek help.
