Over the past 37 years Dr. Gosai, Dr. Gandhi and CEO, Lori Spina have created a unique practice where patients receive

Today, the medical center operates from two locations—Bentleyville and Charleroi—and is staffed by a team of two physicians and three physician assistants. This multi-provider team ensures that patients have the flexibility to choose a provider who best suits their healthcare needs. Southwest Medical Center continues to offer a range of patient-focused services designed to support their health and make their health care convenient. In-office ultrasound services are available for timely and accurate diagnostics. We also offer in office lab work, EKG, and upper respiratory panel tests giving you an “all in one” experience. To better serve patients we provide same-day appointments, extended weekday and Saturday hours, and a 24/7 answering service to ensure care is always accessible.
